The mark consists of a typical five point star is in the background. The star is shaded. In front of the star are the letters "TF". The "T" and the "F" are connected to one another at the top, creating the appearance of a single object. The letters "TF" are of no particular font, but are instead a custom designed graphic. The "TF" symbol is surrounded by a thickened solid border with the interior of the graphic being transparent. Any overlap between the "TF" and the star, the "TF" graphic overrides. Above the "TF" symbol is the word "THROW" placed in an arc and centered about the star. The letter "R" in the word "THROW" is placed within the interior of the stars top point.
