The mark is consists of a graphic of a rat, blue in color, standing upright on its hind legs. The rat, clenching and baring white teeth, holds in its left fist, a bulging yellow bag labeled "Your Money" in black. In its right fist it holds a short length of yellow rope, suspended from which is a small grey cage. The cage, labeled "Your Freedom" in black on a white banner, encloses a small yellow man. The rat is superimposed on a light grey circle, the circumference of which is red in color. Positioned in the upper left of the circle is the title: "Democrat ends in RAT!". The lettering is yellow with black shadowing; with the exception of "RAT!" which is red with black shadowing. The shading and outline details of the mark are in black.
