The mark consists of Stylized letters "M", "B", "I", "L", and "E", with a space separating approximately the top third from approximately the bottom third of each letter. The top portion of each letter is blue and the bottom portion is black. The letter "O" is also stylized, consisting of a thick, white outer border, with the interior edge of the white border a dark blue. The internal of the letter "O" is colored blue, with a lighter shade of blue on the top half and a darker shade of blue on the bottom half. The internal of the letter "O" also consists of a triangular image with a white dot at each terminal of the image and inward arching lines connecting the dots. The topmost dot of the image is surrounded by three concentric circles, with the innermost circle being the smallest, the middle circle being the second largest, and the outermost circle being the largest. The image in the letter "O" is centered within the internal of the letter, taking into account the image as a whole. Following the letters "M", "O", "B", "I", "L", and "E", are the letters "S", "T", "A", and "R", which are capitalized block letters that are smaller in scale to the preceding letters. All of the letters ("M O B I L E S T A" and "R") are undershaded so as to appear three-dimensionally off the page. Three blue oval rings, originating from the letter "O", stretch across the mark, with the innermost ring extending to the letter "S"; the second ring extending to the letter "A"; and the last ring extending slightly past the last letter of the mark, or the letter "R". At their origin, all rings are thin in diameter, but increase horizontally in diameter as each ring extends to the right of the mark.
