The mark consists of a yellow circle with the blue letters "M" E" "B" and "A" oriented at NW, NE, SE, and SW respectively and blue dots oriented at N, S, E and W. In between the letters and dots are thin blue lines. Inside the circle is a yellow ship's propeller with the blades oriented to line up with the "M" "E" "B" and "A" inside the circle and blue shading. Surrounding the circle are the words "Marine Engineers' Beneficial Association" in smaller, blue letters. Above and attached to the circle is a yellow outlined and blue filled arch with the blue letters "U & F" (for unity and friendship) on a yellow background rectangle oriented at the top. The arch is connecetd to the circle by two small yellow half circles each with a blue dot inside it. The colors of the mark may change depending on background.
