The mark consists of the spine view of two vertical black, white and gray books adjacent to the spine view a third black, white and gray book leaning at an angle to the right into a boldface black capital letter "P"; atop the "P" sits a red, black and white mortarboard hat with a gray shadow placed at an angle with the lower portion tipped slightly back toward the books, and the tassel of the mortarboard hanging between the vertical and angled books; following the "P" appear the boldface black letters "EF"; all of the foregoing appears above a red horizontal bar, below which the words "Public Education Foundation of Evansville, Inc." appear in black.
