The mark consists of a red shield with a yellow cross centered upon it, the yellow cross separating the red shield into four distinct red areas, the upper left red area of the shield containing an image of a torch, the upper right area of the shield containing an image of Jesus, Mary & Joseph, the lower left area of the shield containing an image of the scales of justice, the lower right area of the shield containing an image of a man carrying a lamb and a walking stick; the center of the cross on the shield contains an image of a bird; on each side of the shield are green and red hollies; below the shield is a light and dark gray ribbon containing the words "PRO-LIFE", "PRO-FAMILY", and "PRO-POOR" written in black; above the shield is a yellow crown with various red, white and blue colored jewels; yellow and red ribbons are located on each side of the yellow crown; above the crown is another light and dark gray ribbon containing the words "CATHOLIC CITIZENSHIP" in black. The outlines of the features of the crown, of the yellow and red ribbons, of the dark and light gray ribbons, of the torch holder, of the scales of justice, of the bird and of the image of a man carrying a lamb and a walking stick are also in black.
