The mark consists of a depiction of the statue of liberty from the waste up and facing your left. She is rendered in three shades of green: kelly green serves as the base with mint green (predominantly on her right arm) to suggest lighted portions. Portions rendered in the darkest shade (money green) are meant to suggest areas in shade and is found primarily under her left arm/tablet but also on her head. She is holding a bat, slung over her right shoulder. She is set against a black box, corners rounded. Elements of the design protrude from the box: parts of crown and tip of bat. The color white is not claimed as a feature of the mark and is merely blank background of file.
