The mark consists of the mark consists of a black circle. An angel is flying out of the upper right-hand side of the circle and the part of the angel that is outside the circle is black, while the part still in the circle is white. There is a white hand extending palm upward into the circle from the left-hand lower portion upward toward the middle section of the circle. The words "KIDS FIRST!" are in large black letters just outside the the circle, following the same curvature of the circle. The words "APPROVED BY" are white and are located within the circle, beginning from middle lower part of the circle toward middle right-hand side of the circle. "COALITION FOR QUALITY CHILDREN'S MEDIA" begins outside the left-hand side of the circle into almost the middle of the circle. The portion of the words outside the circle are black, while the portion of the words extending into the circle are white.
