Description of Mark
The mark consists of a four pointed starfish like figure that incorporates architectural designs such as swimming pools, fountains, spa terraces, hallways and landscaping with trees. On the four points of the star there is a semicircle at the top. On the top left hand side point the semicircle is slightly larger in width to the point, its lines are gray in color and its interior is the color brown. On the top right hand side point the semicircle is slightly larger in width to the point, its lines are gray in color and its interior is the color white toward the center and brown toward the edge. On the bottom two points the semicircle is slightly larger in width to the point, the lines are the color gray and the interior is the color brown, also there is a gray curved line parallel to the semicircle's circumference. The four points appear in the form of a partial triangle, composed of rectangles unevenly matched on the sides. The top two points are composed of two brown filled rectangles on the left hand side and three brown filled rectangles on the right hand side. The bottom two points are composed of three brown filled rectangles on each side. On the right hand side of the design and between the points of the star, connecting them, there is a larger incomplete semicircle; it is colored orange toward the center, white in the middle and brown toward the circumference. On the left hand side of the design and between the points of the star, connecting them, there is an incomplete curved trapezoid fragmented into three sections: the first is close to the center of the curved trapezoid and is split into six small trapezoids of different sizes, the ones toward the edge are orange colored, the ones in the middle are white colored; the second is the middle of the curved trapezoid is a complete curved orange stripe; the third is a complete white colored stripe with grey notches attached to the upper edge. The middle of the design is composed of two octagons, one inside the other, the outer one being white except for two gray rectangles placed below the base of each of the points, the inner one being filled with numerous architectural details. The inner octagon corresponds to the center of the design, has brown stripes within toward the bottom and the top, and by the middle is the color gray on the right and left hand sides, except for approximately fifteen green dots representing trees sprinkled throughout and two small blue ovals with an orange colored circumference. On the upper side of the design and between the two points there is a complete blue colored circle, as it is a pool, enclosed by a circle within which there are ten green bush-like figures. On the bottom of this circle there is a gray railway curved design that follows three quarters of the pool's enclosing circle's circumference. On the bottom of the design and between the lower two points there is a complex multi circular shaped figure comprised of numerous gray curved lines, blue oval shaped figures, green bush like dots on the outer edges, and a complete blue circle toward the middle. Above the blue circle there is a courtyard shape with a curved gray railway on top, green bush like dots spread throughout the middle, and a gray curved trapezoid form that intersects with the upper circumference of the blue circle. Beneath the entire design appear the black colored words "Seastar Resorts", in relation to these words the design above is placed at a slight 15 degree angle so that it appears to be shifted clockwise.
