The mark consists of a white circular life preserver having an outer perimeter outlined in black and an inner peripheral wall outlined in black, a red band is positioned in each of the following sections of the life preserver: northwest, northeast, southwest, and southeast, the word "ALWAYS" in stylized black lettering is oriented longitudinally and arcuately on the life preserver between the northwest section red band and the southwest section red band, the word "REACH" in stylized black lettering is oriented longitudinally and arcuately on the life preserver between the northeast section red band and the southeast section red band, the word "IN" in stylized black lettering is oriented horizontally on the life preserver between the southwest section red band and the southeast section red band, the term "A.I.R." in stylized red lettering is oriented arcuately on the life preserver between the northwest section red band and the northeast section red band, a black cross is positioned in the center of the life preserver, the word "AIR" in stylized white lettering is superposed on the black cross, the black cross is on a white background.
