The mark consists of the word "CLAROS" in blue capital letters arranged above the word "COMMUNICATIONS" in black capital letters with a blue line of the same shade of blue as the word "CLAROS" between the two words and the blue line appearing to fade at each end. To the left of the words are four concentric shapes of the letter "C" also in blue. The four concentric "C's" aligned such that the two endpoints of each letter appear to meet the two endpoints of the other "C's". The fading of the blue line that runs between the two words continues to fade to the left of the words and causes the four concentric "C's" to be bisected by the blue line that has now faded to white as it passes through the four concentric "C's".
