The mark consist of a circular design on a red and brown background bordered above and below by yellow ribbon banner carriers with black outline borders containing the wording "CONEY ISLAND" in the upper banner in light blue with white and red drop shadows, and the word "LAGER" in the lower banner in dark and light blue with small design elements in the letters and one red five pint star on either side. In between the two banners is an outer circle of dark and light red striping bordering an inner round background on yellow bordered by a scalloped edge in light blue. In the center of the design is a highly stylized face in a pale beige skin tone with dark blue hair with light blue lightening bolt accents, black eyebrows, green eyes with white pupils, red lips, a gray tattoo design over most of one half of his face and gray earrings in his ears and in one eyebrow.
