The mark consists of the three-dimensional distally-weighted hanging limbs of a plush figure toy, wherein: all of the limbs appear to be substantially the same length; the limbs appear flexible and flattened because they are obviously not stuffed; the ends of the limbs are characterized by vinyl pads on the simulated palmar or plantar region; and wherein the ends of the limbs are obviously weighted to cause the limbs to appear to loosely hang from the toy figure in a very limp, relaxed and manipulatable way. The shade lines and matter shown by the dotted lines are not part of the mark and serve only to show dimension or the placement and location of the mark.
