The mark consists of a literal element, "S SUNWAY" in stylized lettering, and a design element consisting of a ball, wherein the stylized letter "S" appears in the color yellow that fades into the color orange and wherein further the letter "S" is wrapped around the ball such that the "S" forms an integral part of the exterior layer of the ball, wherein still further the ball appears in the color green with small reflections of light in the color white on the top and lower portions of the ball, and wherein the ball and the integrated letter "S" are surrounded by a circular, aura-like layer appearing in the color light blue, and wherein the ball with the integrated letter "S" appear above the stylized word "SUNWAY" whose letter "S" appears in uppercase in the color yellow fading to orange while the remaining letters appear in lowercase in the color yellow fading to orange, and where the design and literal elements are all superimposed upon a rectangular background appearing in the color dark blue.
