The mark consists of a background of a white rectangle, whereon a green shaded square is vertically centered at the extreme left side of the white rectangle, the square carrying an oversize, fanciful, light-grey checkmark, which checkmark exceeds the borders of the shaded square; immediately to the right of the shaded square is the literal element, "VERDE FLOORS", in the same green color as the shaded square and directly below "VERDE FLOORS" is a continuation of the literal element, consisting of, "A DIVISION OF SIHE WOOD", with the first three words of the continuation in the light-grey color and the last two words of the continuation in the dark-grey color.
