The mark consists of circular design with bold outer ring being black in color, center is white with narrow black ring slightly inward of outer ring. In the black outer ring, white block letters "VICTORIA" are displayed in upper half with two three section lightning bolts connected by solid line circumscribed above letters: one three section lightning bolt begins in left side of lower half of outer ring and continues around top, above "VICTORIA" ending in lower right side of outer ring in another three section lightning bolt. Bottom half of outer ring contains the block letters "REGAL". Center circle being of white background has a musical note known as a sixteenth note with crown resting on top of the note. The solid section of the crown consists of a band containing nine geometric shapes: four equilateral diamond shapes alternating with four ovals with a center diamond shape wider than the other four. Above and below the shapes are two rings, the upper ring being wider in diameter than the lower ring. The upper section of the crown consists of five three-section lightning bolts emanating from the top ring of the crown and ending in small black circles. A three section lightning bolt begins on left hand side between the lines on sixteenth note and ends in a point below the "A" in "VICTORIA" in the outer ring.
