The mark consists of a rectangle shape with, beginning on the left side of the rectangle, a mostly green, with a hint of gold, circle, with black silhouettes of a male and female standing in front of a globe, followed to the right by the words "Alliance of Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs". The first letter of each word, with the exception of the wording "of"and "and", is a capital, gold, block letter, with the remaining letters of each word, as well as the wording "of" and "and," lower case, blocked letters in the color purple. The wording "Increasing Business Value" is in smaller gold, block letters underneath the wording "Alliance of Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs". The background color begins on the left in dark green, and fades into a lighter green and then to gold as one looks at the rectangle from the left to the right. On the right side of the rectangle, there appear portions of globe located behind the words "and Entrepreneurs".
