The mark consists of a circular seal, with a blue outer rim, outlined in black and the circular inscription stating, "CONTRIBUTION OF PERSIAN EXCELLENCE TO INTERNATIONAL CIVILIZATION", which is written in white and outlined in black. The outer rim and the inner circle are separated by a gold band. Inside the inner circle, centered on the top and following the contour of the circle, written in white and outlined in black it states, "Persian Political Action Committee". At the bottom of the inner circle, "PERSIAN PAC" is written in white stylized writing horizontally and outlined in black. In the background on the left half of the inner circle is a partial display of the American flag with a white bald eagle centered thereon. The American flag and eagle are enamored in the traditional colors of red, white, blue, gold and brown. On the right side of the inner circle is a partial display of the Iranian flag which has a lion centered thereon. The Iranian flag and lion are enamored in the traditional colors of green, white, red, tan and brown.
