The mark consists of a bold circle located at the left-most side. The circle is open between the approximate positions of 2:15 and 3:30 at the two right quadrant intersection. The opening contains three stacked pointed-end waves. All three waves are slight, smooth and without sharp angles. The wave left points are directed southward and right points directed northward. The top wave and the middle wave are approximately 30% smaller than the third or bottom wave. The top wave is in the 1:30 position and is directly on the circle. The middle or 2:30 position wave is positioned so that the top of the wave is on the circle and the bottom of the wave is in the opening of the circle.
