The mark consists of the wording "SCIENC E=MC2 FUN DAY!" all in white block lettering with black outlining and shadowing. The wording "PEARL, LLC" appears in all white lettering beneath the word "DAY". On the left side of the mark is a stylized design of a clam shell which is light gray, gray and dark gray, and white in the very center. The bottom half of the shell is outlined in black. A blue pearl with white shading appears in the center of the clam shell. To the right of the clam shell, is a stylized design of a blue beaker with white outlining and a black shadow. Floating out of the beaker are white bubbles which are outlined and shaded in black and gray, and have a black shadow. The "dot" of the exclamation point which follows the word "DAY" consists of a stylized design of a ringed planet which is white with black shadowing and outlining. The entire background of the mark is blue framed in a rectangular border with an exterior black outline and a white interior outline.
