The mark consists of an oval, the interior top half of which has a black background with the following words in white print, "Ethisphere" then immediately below that the words "Ethics Quotient" and immediately below that a white line and just below the white line, "www.ethisphere.com"; the bottom half of the oval consists of a white background with the letters "EQ" in larger black letters; running tangent and overlapping the tip of the left side of the oval is a vertical bar comprised of 5 blocks of colors starting at the top of the bar with turquoise blue, then a celadon green block, a larger, magnified golden yellow block with a black arrow pointing down located in the center of the golden yellow block, right below the golden yellow block is an orange block and a red block; each of the small blocks comprising the bar is separated by a thin band of white and the entire bar is outlined in a thin black band.
