The mark is composed of three components set against a blue background. The first is a rendition of a Greek architectural structure in white consisting of seven pillars, three steps and triangular roof. The second component appears above the structure and is a triangle in white set inside a white oval glowing with light as if being eclipsed by, in the center, a design of an all seeing eye in black, white and gold. The third are the stylized letters "C", "D" and "C" in silver and gold across the front of the structure. The letter "D" is raised in the center of the two "C"s. The first "C" is reversed.
