The mark consists of a black background in the center of which is inscribed a yellow circle with a serrated outside edge; within the yellow circle is a smaller green circle; the word "MINT" in black letters extends horizontally completely across the serrated edges and face of both the yellow circle with serrated edge and the green circle; the words "CERTIFIED 100%" are inscribed in black letters in a circular fashion around the inside edge of the green circle and extend completely around the circumference of the green circle; the green circle has a central core comprising approximately two-thirds of its diameter on which is inscribed a yellow random pattern.
