The mark consists of Two white overlapping circles outlined in black in the center of the mark. The outermost circle is slightly bigger than the innermost circle. Within innermost circle, there is a side-way image of a gold leaping deer with gold antler on top of its head. There is a juxtaposition of lighter gold colors on the rear-end of the deer's body. Right in between the front and the back legs of the deer, there is an image of the top half of a white cloud as indicated by the wavering black lines. The innermost circle, which is the circle that touches the deer and the cloud, is in bold black line. The outermost circle, which is approximately 0.5 inches apart from the innermost circle, is in thinner black line. Three evenly-spaced gold Chinese characters wraps around the outside of the top half of the outermost circle. The three characters appear in the exact shape and formate as inidicated on the attachment of the mark (the english translation of the three chinese characters is "celestial deer brand). The words "Celestial Deer Brand" are evenly spaced and wraps around the outside of the bottom half of the outermost circle. The words "Celestial Deer Brand"are also in gold color .
