The mark consists of a circular seal with scalloped edges. The center of the circular seal consists of a picture of Santa Claus with his finger pointed into the air. That picture is enclosed by a thin circle. Directly outside of that circle appears the words "THE OFFICIAL SEAL OF SANTA'S WORKSHOP" which are written around the outside the perimeter of the circle. Those words are enclosed by a second thin circle. The second thin circle is enclosed by scalloped edges in the form of a circle creating the look of a seal.
