The mark consists of a large eye with the capital letter "C" and the number "2" located in the bottom right hand corner of the eye. The number "2" is in a superscript position to the letter "C". The eye is drawn in black and blending into red; the inner eye color is white; the iris is drawn in a circle of black and the inner portion of the iris has alternating colors of yellow, red and black around the pupil. The alternating colors of yellow, red and black are outlined by white stripes. The pupil of the eye is black with a small white oval shading in the upper right quadrant.
