The mark consists of a repeating motion mark. Color is not claimed as a feature of the mark. The drawing of the mark includes four freeze frames of the moving image, showing only a sample of various points in one cycle of the complete motion. The mark consists of a shaded central point which is stationary throughout the cycle. The stationary point depicts two small crescents on its surface. Around this stationary central point are six (6) crescents angled at approximately thirty (30) degrees. The crescents are depicted in two groups, each consisting of three (3) of the crescents. Each group of crescents is shaded in a different color and each group contains one large sized exterior crescent, one intermediate sized middle crescent and one small sized interior crescent. The crescents revolve around the interior pivot point at varying speeds, occasionally overlapping with crescents of their own group and of the other group.
