The mark consists of a flower-like design with a yellow center and eight petals. Five rounded, normal petals surround the sides and bottom of the flower. The colors of these petals are (beginning with the right side, at the "three-o-clock" position and going in a clockwise direction, ending at the "nine-o-clock" position): orange, magenta, pink, lavender, and purple. The top petal (in the "twelve-o-clock" position) is shaped like a building with a pointed top and is green. To the left of the green building-petal (in the "eleven-o-clock" position) is a periwinkle colored rectangular petal. To the right of the green building-petal (in the "one-o-clock" position) is a light blue rectangular petal.
