Attached to and extending from the upper right portion of the letter "S" in "RECORDS" is a link chain; the first two links of the chain angle up and to the right of the word, and the section of the chain comprising the third, fourth, and fifth links are turned approximately 98 degrees to the right of the first two links of the chain; the fifth link of the chain comprises a broken half-link.
