The mark consists of a rainbow, with human attributes, amidst blue and turquoise clouds; the rainbow's bands are, from left to right, turquoise, lavender, green, yellow, pink and red in non-solid colors as if water colored. At the top of its arch, the rainbow has a smiling face depicted in black with white around the eyes; flesh colored hands extend from the turquoise band at the sides of the rainbow; turquoise and blue flat-soled shoes extend from the ends of the rainbow. With the exception of the clouds, the entire design is outlined in black with additional black lining around the eyes and on the shoes; the black lines by the rainbow's left foot indicate motion.
