"IT CUSTOMS"
Description of Mark
The mark consists of the word "Zoe" followed by a graphical design depicting a sphere composed of two interlocking pieces of similar size and the phrase "IT Customs" in smaller font below the word "Zoe". The word "Zoe" is italicized in a unique font with the letter "Z" in uppercase, the letter "o" in lowercase, and the letter "e" in lowercase. The letters in the word "Zoe" are filled with the same light gray color and are delineated by a thin shade around the border line. The phrase "IT Customs" appears below the word "Zoe" in font Avantgarde Bk BT and spans horizontally below the uppercased letter "Z" of the word "Zoe" described above to approximately below one sixth of the letter "o" of the word "Zoe". The font size in the phrase "IT Customs" is approximately one fifth of the font size used in the word "Zoe" described above. The letters "I" and "T" in the phrase "IT Customs" are uppercase to form the word "IT", the letter "C" from the word "Customs" is also uppercase while the remaining letters of said word "Customs" are lowercased. The letters of the phrase "IT Customs" are filled with different grayscale tones where the grayscale tone decreases gradually in each consecutive letter from left to right in such a way that the letter "I" of the phrase "IT Customs" has the darkest gray tone while the last letter of said phrase, namely, the letter "s", has the lightest gray tone. All letters in the phrase "IT Customs" are filled with gray tones that are noticeably darker than the grayscale tone that fills the letters in the word "Zoe" described above. The graphical depiction of a sphere is above the Northeast corner of the letter "e" of the word "Zoe". Such graphical depiction of a sphere is approximately a third of the height of the letter "Z" of the word "Zoe" and consists of two interlocking sections of similar size. The upper interlocking section is filled with a light gray color which matches the color used in the letters of the word "Zoe", and the lower interlocking section is filled with a dark gray tone which matches the dark gray tone used in the letter "I" of the phrase "IT Customs". The border between such interlocking sections consists of a slightly arched line across the diameter of such graphical depiction of a sphere with a slight tilt to the right. A single rectangle with slightly curved sides of the same color as the lower interlocking section overlaps on both interlocking sections near the middle of said sphere, the borders of such rectangle blend into the lower interlocking section but contrast with the upper interlocking section to represent the interlocking point of both sections of said depiction of a sphere.
