We do not believe our name and trademark would create confusion in the marketplace if both Wavepoint Dynamics and Wavepoint Ventures use their trademarks/service marks for their respective products and/or services. Wavepoint Ventures is a venture capital firm and our firm is a business consulting firm & technology services firm; each company is in a different market, physical region, product and service segment.
