Amateur youth sports services, namely, organizing, providing and managing youth sports activities; Encouraging amateur sports and physical education by organizing, promoting, sponsoring, sanctioning, conducting, administering, regulating and governing amateur athletic programs and activities; Organizing sporting events, namely, promoting and encouraging participation in amateur youth shooting sports, namely, governing, administering and sponsoring a national youth shooting development program in cooperation with other youth sports organizations; providing young people with safe, fun and positive experiences in sports; and fostering the development of young people through fair play, compassionate understanding, individual responsibility, sportsmanship, self-discipline and personal commitment
