The mark consists of Three circles: the inner circle contains the human facial features of eyes, nose, mouth and eyebrows outlined by a light circle of decreasing width that fades to dark on the upper right side; the middle circle contains dark lines that extend to the inner circle, dark slender triangles with straight sides and dark wavy triangles, all with a light background and with the middle circle touching the outer circle on its lower left side; the outer circle consists of a solid dark border on a light background.
