Description of Mark
The mark consists of a rectangular base with a circular indentation at each end and a globe sitting centered atop the base. The lower portion (approximately one fifth) of the globe is missing. At the point where the globe flattens out and connects with the base there is a mass which represents the seabed. It rises slightly into the bottom of the globe. A Coral tree protrudes from the seabed upward into the globe. The roots of the Tree are not visible through the seabed. There is a background inside the globe that represents the sea. The combined base and globe are bordered with a narrow band. Then there is a very narrow band that encircles the entire logo. Both bands hug the perimeter and are the same shape as the globe sitting on the base. Inside the base of the logo the following words are written in uppercase. Below the lettering is squiggly line.
