The mark consists of The design portion of a dark circle containing: (1) a lower case letter "c" in a lighter shading approximately in the center of the dark circle; (2) approximately the right 2/3 of a lower case letter "e" in the same shading as item 1 within the dark circle to the left of and adjoining item 1 above, with the remainder of the letter "e" not present because it would fall outside of the dark circle; and (3) a checkmark device in a shade between those of the dark circle and items 1 and 2 with the lower portion of the checkmark beginning within item 1 and with item 1 superimposed over a portion thereof that extends at an upwards angle continuing out of the dark circle. Beneath the design, the words "employ check" appear as one word, with the word "employ" in a darker shade than the word "check".
