debt management and credit counseling; debt settlement, debt negotiation, debt restructuring, debt counseling, debt consolidation, money management, debt repayment plans and scheduling, financial counseling, credit and debt inquiry and financial consultation services association services, namely, promoting the interests of the consumer debt management and consumer credit industries by encouraging and fostering the establishment and proper operation of non-profit consumer debt management organizations and credit counseling organizations throughout the United States and internationally; by establishing ethical guidelines, standards and practices for the administration and granting of consumer debt management and consumer credit organizations; and by establishing qualifications and professional standards for individuals who provide assistance, guidance, and service to people experiencing consumer debt management programs educational services, namely, conducting and organizing educational classes, seminars, conferences, meetings and workshops in the field of - consumer debt management and consumer credit and in the fields of the operation and establishment of non-profit consumer debt management organizations and credit counseling organizations throughout the United States and internationally; the establishment of ethical practices for the administration and granting of consumer debt management consumer credit organizations; and the establishment of professional practices, guidelines, standards and qualifications for personnel who provide various assistance and guidance to individuals experiencing consumer debt management problems
