The mark consists of a brown rectangle with the longer sides at the top and bottom. The letters "HM" are centered just above the bottom of the rectangle. The letters are in gold and large extending a bit more than half way up the rectangle. There is a gold crown with cross like figures ringing the bottom, a larger cross-like figure in the middle of the crown and five prongs, with the larger in the center extending from the top of the crown. Above the crown extending to the top of the rectangle are white streaks suggesting that crown is radiating light.
