The mark consists of lotus flower/abstract depicting a person in lotus pose. From left to right, green, purple, pink, purple and green colored pedals of the lotus flower overlapping each other in a fan-like linear geometrical pattern imposed upon a white background and encompassing a black circle with the uppercase stylized black letters "LPK" contained therein, the ends of the letters forming centrifugal circles, the head of the body represented by a pink circle perched upon the center pink pedal. The words "Lotus Patch Kids" in the same color and style as the previously described lettering placed below the main image as described herein.
