The mark consists of the words "VIÑAS & PARRALES" in stylized letters over a line containing combinations of capital letters "I" and "O", namely "IIOIIIIOOI OIO IO IIOI", and beneath it another line of letters "I" and "O", namely, "IIOIIO", and below it the drawing of the front portion of a bicycle just behind the back portion of a second bicycle on which there is a basket boasting the lower case letters "iiooii" on its side. The bicycle wheels seem suspended just above a horizontal line and below it there are three sets of capital letters "I" and "O", namely, "IIOIIOOIIO", one the left side of the, another one on the center and another one of the right side. The entire designed appears inside a square frame.
