The mark consists of a profile of a woman with black hair, a white and blue hair band and earring and a dress with a yellow and a blue strip on the sleeve, behind a yellow background. Bordering the yellow background, there is a white oval border with black circles. Outside the white and black border there is a wide blue oval border with a brown outer border with the words "MADRE PAN" in upper case letters arched over the top. Below the words "MADRE PAN" there is six golden wheat stalks on the inside of the blue border. Below the wheat there is a gold border with the uppercase words "INTL. BAKERY". At the bottom of the blue border there is a single white star.
