The mark consists of a fanciful character design of a creature comprised of a brain suspended in liquid in a jar with the word "BRIAN" spelled on the outside of the jar in stylized lettering and with a stopper in the top of the jar. The brain in the jar sits on top of a body with a pair of eyes which is attached to a set of wheels underneath the body, and which has one arm in the form of claw-like clamp protruding from the side. The color red appears in the body of the creature; the color brown appears in the claw-arm and stopper; the color black appears in the body of the creature, the wheels and the pupils of the eyes; the color gray appears in the wheels and the word "BRIAN"; the color green appears in the cornea of the right eye and in the liquid in the jar holding the brain; the color pink appears in the cornea of the left eye, the color tan appears in the brain; and the color white appears in the sclera of the eyes.
