The mark consists of a design of a man with dark brown hair, black eyes and thick eyebrows, a buff colored skin tone, wearing a two shaded royal blue shirt containing on its upper left side an oval with a thin light brown border and beige background, including three lines of words and numbers written in print letters in which the first letter of every word is capitalized. The first line contains the words, Roasters'n Toasters, written in a thick font in a light brown color, the second line includes the words, New York Deli & Bagels, in print letters in a light blue color of a different type of font and of a smaller size. The third line includes the words and numbers, Est. 1984, written in the same type of font as the first line, but in a smaller size. The man is standing behind an oval with his right arm resting on such oval. The oval has a light brown border and a light blue background containing a city scape with the front facades of five (5) buildings of different shapes and sizes which are placed partially on top of one another. The colors of the builidngs are light brown, dark brown and the windows are colored in beige. On the bottom of the oval and placed partially on top of it, appears a smaller oval which reproduces the oval included in the man's shirt but in a much bigger size. The color white appears as background in the large oval at the bottom of the mark.
