The mark consists of a stylized lower case letter e in rockwell extra bold font in white outlined by a narrow grey border. The "e" is surrounded by a thicker black border and is filled with black. The lower case e appears atop a rectangular grey box that has a horizontal length equal to the black border around the lower case e and contains the word "CLUB" followed by a white blank horizontal rectangle. A large black rectangle, equal in horizontal length to the grey rectangle but of approximately one and one-half times greater height, appears directly below the grey rectangle. The mark appears on a transparent background and any color appearing therein is neither claimed as, nor is a feature of the mark.
