The nine rectangles form 3 rows inside the large rectangle. The four corners of the rectangle are open white square shaped spaces. The top row of 3 rectangles includes a white rectangle containing the word "Compare" in the horizontal orientation in its center. The second row of 3 rectangles includes, from left to right, a white rectangle containing the word "Explore" in the vertical orientation, the center square containing the adinkra symbol for strength and humility, and a white rectangle with the word "Develop" in the vertical orientation. The bottom row of rectangles includes a white rectangle containing the word "Share" in horizontal orientation in its center. The adinkra symbol in the center of the rectangle is a traditional symbol of "A"shanti tribes in "A"frica which symbolizes and resembles the ram's horns from which it was devised.
