The mark consists of the word "COWPOKE" with a horseshoe forming the letter "C". The horseshoe "C" wraps around the word "COWPOKE" with the ends of the legs terminating above and below the letter "W" in the word "COWPOKE". The lettering of "cowpoke" is capital letters wiht a modified western font style. "COWPOKE" ends with two stars on the ends of the letter "E", a smaller star at the top of the "E" and a larger star on the bottom of the "E". The horseshoe is outlined with two perimeter lines. There are five stars on the horseshoe, two on each leg, and one on the base. There are four darts accenting the horseshoe with each dart starting on the interior side of the leg and tapering to a point approximately midway into the width of the horseshoe. The darts are approximately centered between the stars within the horseshoe.
