The mark consists of a banner at the top of the mark which has gray backing with black lettering outlined in gold with the banner ends in red black and gray. The center of the mark is a white background with a gold and yellow helmet with red brush on the top of the helmet, there are black and white olive leaves that circle the helmet and a red circle that surrounds the olive leaves with a gold star on each side in the center, the bottom of the mark is another banner that is gray and black with black lettering and in the center of the banner is a shield that is gold with a black stripe red letters and the letters are outlined in gold.
