The applicant claims color as a feature of the mark, namely, Starting from the upper left corner on the top side of the letterhead: the ribbon is GREEN, the fluid looking circle kind of mark is GREEN, the tiny circle line next going inside is YELLOW, the background where the letters appear on is ORANGE, the letters are GREEN, the address and trees bellow are all GREEN. The greens area all basically the same with variations of shades. The yellow and orange also have shades which give more of an embossed look to the overall logo.
