The mark consists of a blue rectangle with two horizontal lines of the same length filled in white. The top line is situated near the top fifth of the height of said rectangle and the bottom line is situated near the bottom fifth of the height of said rectangle. Said lines are separated from the left and right borders of the rectangle by about one fourteenth of the total length of said rectangle on each side. Within said horizontal white lines the acronym "ARMS", the phrase "Advanced Railcar Management System" and a graphical depiction of a railroad track span horizontally in white and are centered horizontally and vertically within said blue rectangle. All letters of the acronym "ARMS" are shaded and in Arial font and are approximately six times larger than the letters used in the phrase that appears below, namely "Advanced Railcar Management System" which is also in white and uses Arial font. Both the acronym "ARMS" and the phrase "Advanced Railcar Management System" have the same horizontal length. Below the phrase "Advanced Railcar Management System" there is a graphic depiction of a railroad track seen from above which is composed of white rectangles with a slightly angled shade to the right which are linked near the top by a white horizontal line with a blue horizontal strip in the middle, and linked near the bottom by a another white horizontal line near the bottom of said rectangles containing a lighter and thicker blue strip than the top line of said railroad track depiction.
