The mark consists of the superimposition a three-dimensional top view of a translucent blue plaque in the shape of a rectangle on top of a graphical depiction of a railroad track seen from above and faded on both ends. The height of such graphical depiction of a blue translucent plaque is shaded with dark blue on the bottom and left sides. Such translucent blue plaque reveals said graphical depiction of a railroad track on which such plaque is superimposed on all of its surface except where the acronym "ARMS" is displayed and the top-left corner of such plaque where another depiction of a railroad track joins the top left side of said plaque with the middle of the top side of the same. The acronym "ARMS" appears in Arial font filled with white and with a black shade with a slight tilt to the right of each letter. The height of each letter in the acronym "ARMS" is nearly half of the height of said plaque in which such acronym is contained and spans nearly the entire length of the same. Said acronym is slightly below the vertical center of the plaque described above. On the Northwest corner of said blue translucent plaque there is another depiction of a railroad track seen from above which links the top third of the left side of such plaque with the middle top side of the same. Such railroad track depiction consists of white rectangles linked near the top by a white line with a blue horizontal stripe in the middle of such line and another parallel line with the same characteristics linking the same white rectangles near the bottom. The railroad track on which said blue translucent plaque is superimposed exceeds the length of such plaque and crosses through half of the plaque's left side, through approximately seventy percent of the bottom side, and nearly through all of the right side of said plaque. A blue line with a horizontal white stripe runs through the middle of the lines joining the blue rectangles of the railroad track on which said blue translucent plaque is superimposed near the top and another one near the bottom of said rectangles. Such lines, however, change color directly below the plaque described above, namely the blue lines joining the blue rectangles together are shown as white with a blue horizontal stripe running through the middle.
